Cooley initially met with customers' project management team to review specifications and requirements. After identifying the components of the project, met with Cooley Group vendors to determine the needed specifications and manufacturing processes to complete the displays.
- Recommendations:
After consulting with Cooley Group team members, established a time table to accomplish goals to meet customers' needs. Suggested evaluation of art, proofs, assembly of non-printed sample to guarantee structure integrity. Reviewed recommended specs and production plan with customer.
- Results:
Incorporated multiple required corrections to art, which required additional proofs. Displays were constructed of the highest quality and were delivered as originally requested.
